Mission Statement: Chaba's mission is to promote cycling as everyday transportation. We participate in many meetings of our local government and other agencies to promote bike lanes, safety education, and the rights of cyclists on the roadway. We sponsor lawful critical mass rides, beginning at 5:45 PM the second Friday of every month, meeting at Central Place on the downtown Mall (the middle where the Walk-all-over-ya bank is located). We do not sponsor regular recreational rides. We have meetings as we need them.,
